About the Program

Junior Fitletics

Junior Fitletics is Fitletica's flagship after-school program for school-age children. Every 45-minute session combines the best of athletics, gymnastics and team sport — designed to develop fundamental movement skills while keeping kids thoroughly entertained.

Activities like Frozen Tag, Bullrush and circuit stations disguise hard work as fun. Children gain real athleticism without knowing they're training. The signature Yogaletics cool-down builds flexibility and mindfulness habits.
