All quotes provided by EcoQuiet Mowing & Garden Care Brisbane are based on the information available at the time and the scope of work discussed. If the actual scope differs significantly once we are on site, we will discuss any change with you before proceeding. Quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation.
Bookings are confirmed once a quote has been accepted. We make every effort to attend on the scheduled day and to keep you informed; however, weather and other factors outside our control may occasionally require rescheduling, which we will communicate as early as possible.
To complete your service, we require safe and clear access to the relevant areas of your property. Please let us know in advance of any hazards, pets, locked gates or special access requirements.
Payment is due as set out on the invoice we provide after the work is completed. Invoices are issued digitally with secure online payment options.
We take pride in our work and aim to deliver every job to a high standard. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of a completed service, please contact us promptly so we can discuss it and put things right.
