What's included in a garden maintenance visit?
A typical garden maintenance visit can include trimming and pruning, hedge trimming, weeding, leaf blowing and a general tidy-up of garden beds and surrounds. We tailor every visit to your property and what you'd like prioritised, so you can keep it simple with a regular tidy or have us tackle a specific list of tasks. We'll confirm the scope with you before we start.
Do you do one-off garden clean-ups or only regular maintenance?
Both. We're happy to take on one-off garden clean-ups — for example when a garden has gotten away from you — as well as ongoing scheduled maintenance to keep things consistently neat. Many customers start with a clean-up and then move onto a regular visit once the garden is back under control.
Can you help prepare a property for sale or end of lease?
Yes. We offer pre-sale and end-of-lease gardening designed to get a property presenting at its best for inspections or handover. That can include a full tidy, hedge and shrub shaping, weeding, edging and green waste removal. Let us know your timeframe and we'll work back from your inspection or handover date.
Do you remove the green waste you generate?
We do. Green waste removal is part of our service, so the clippings, prunings and other garden waste from the job are taken away and you're left with a clean, finished result. If you have existing piles of green waste on site, just mention it when you book so we can allow for it in the quote.
How do you price hedge trimming and pruning?
Hedge trimming and pruning are quoted based on the size and number of hedges or plants, their height, and how much growth needs to come off. Taller hedges or heavily overgrown gardens take more time and care, so we'll either quote from a few photos and a description or arrange a short site visit for larger jobs. You'll always have a clear price before we begin.
Do you service strata and body-corporate gardens?
Yes — we maintain communal lawns and gardens for strata complexes, body-corporate properties and commercial sites across Brisbane. We can set up a regular maintenance schedule that keeps shared areas consistently presentable, and provide clear quoting and invoicing suited to property managers and committees.
How long does a typical garden tidy take?
It depends entirely on the size of the garden and how much work is needed. A routine maintenance visit on an average suburban property is usually completed within a few hours, while a larger clean-up of an overgrown garden can take a full day or more. When we quote, we'll give you a realistic idea of how long your job will take.
