We're based in Paddington and we cover the inner-west, CBD, inner-north, and inner-south of Brisbane. Office hours are Monday to Saturday, roughly 7am to 5pm. Outside of that, the emergency line is on 24 hours a day, seven days — including weekends and public holidays. Emergencies attract a callout surcharge (we'll quote it before we leave) and we don't try to bait-and-switch you on the price once we're there.
