Phil has been involved in the landscaping industry for over 20 years. He brings to the team expansive knowledge on all aspects of structural landscaping, with a particular interest in softscape installations. Phil takes a very practical approach to landscape design and implementation, focusing on bringing your vision to fruition every time, across projects of all size and scale.
Baden joined the team in 2008, starting as a trade specialist. Within a few years, he recognised a need in the market for a dedicated retaining wall team and established a specialised crew to suit every style of project. His focus is delivering structural integrity to all facets of work. He holds a current QBCC Builders licence required to complete structural retaining walls, and works closely with RPEQ certified engineers and licensed certifiers to ensure compliance with local authorities.
Antony joined the Leadership Team in 2016. His knowledge in the project management profession means your design will be delivered on time and on budget. Working closely with each specialised team throughout a project, Antony is a master facilitator, ensuring every scope of your project flows smoothly to the next.
Bryce began his career with Designer Image as a trade specialist and progressed to Construction Manager in 2021. His on-the-ground experience with all aspects of structural landscaping enables him to seamlessly deliver each scope of your project, no matter the scale.
Heath also began his career with Designer Image as a trade specialist and progressed to Construction Manager in 2022. His ‘get the job done right the first time’ approach ensures your retaining project is delivered on schedule and built to last.
