These terms apply to cleaning and pest control services provided by Cleankill Carpet Cleaning & Pest Control across the Gold Coast. By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry. The final price may be adjusted if the job differs materially from what was described once our team is on site.
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and the scope of work with you.
We offer a 3-day warranty on bond cleans. If your property manager identifies an area we cleaned that does not meet the required standard, contact us within three days of the clean and we will return to re-clean that area at no extra charge.
The warranty covers areas included in the agreed scope of work and does not cover damage, items outside the original scope, or issues caused after our visit.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. Where preparation is required (such as clearing items for a bond clean), we will let you know in advance.
We take great care with your property. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
