Will steam cleaning remove old or set-in stains?
Many stains lift completely, and the vast majority improve significantly. Outcomes depend on what caused the stain, the carpet fibre and how long it has been there. We always pre-test and tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
Is the process safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use cleaning solutions suited to the fabric and rinse thoroughly with hot-water extraction, so very little residue is left behind. Just keep little ones and pets off the damp carpet until it has dried.

Are your pest treatments safe around children and pets?
Yes. We use registered products applied by trained technicians and place them where pests travel rather than where your family does. We'll let you know if there's any short window to stay clear of treated areas while they dry.
How soon will I see results?
You'll often notice a sharp drop in activity within a few days. Some pests increase briefly as they're flushed out of nesting spots before numbers fall away.
Do you treat both inside and outside?
Yes. A thorough treatment covers internal problem areas plus an external perimeter barrier, because most pests come in from outside.
Bond Cleaning
Does the bond clean come with a guarantee?
Yes — we offer a 3-day warranty on all bond cleans. If your property manager flags an area we cleaned, contact us within that window and we'll return to re-clean it.
Is carpet steam cleaning included in a bond clean?
Carpet steam cleaning is available as an add-on and is often required by lease agreements. Bundling it with your bond clean is the easiest way to meet the agent's checklist.
How long does a bond clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the property, but most homes take a few hours. We'll give you an estimate when you book so you can plan your move-out and key handover.
Pre & Post-Sale Cleaning
When should I book a pre-sale clean?
Ideally a day or two before your photography and first open home, so the property looks its best for the listing images and early inspections.
Can you clean carpets as part of a pre-sale clean?
Absolutely. Fresh, steam-cleaned carpets make a strong impression in photos and at inspections, and we can include them with your clean.
Do you offer post-settlement cleaning?
Yes. We can clean the property after the previous owners move out so it's spotless for the new owners moving in.

What's the difference between a spring clean and a regular clean?
A spring clean is deeper and more detailed. We tackle the build-up that a routine clean doesn't reach — inside appliances, light fittings, skirting boards and wet-area grime.
Can I book a regular ongoing clean?
Yes. Many clients start with a one-off deep clean and then move to a regular schedule to keep the home consistently fresh.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes, our team arrives fully equipped with professional products and equipment suited to your home's surfaces.
Water Damage Restoration
How quickly should I act after water damage?
As fast as possible. The sooner water is extracted and drying begins, the more of your flooring, walls and contents can be saved — and the lower the risk of mould.
Can you save a carpet that's been flooded?
Often, yes — especially with clean water and a fast response. We extract the water and dry the carpet and underlay; we'll advise honestly if anything is beyond saving.
Do you help prevent mould after water damage?
Yes. Thorough drying is the best defence, and we provide mould-prevention advice. We also offer dedicated mould remediation if growth has already started.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Can you really restore discoloured grout?
In most cases, yes. Much of what looks like permanent staining is trapped grime that our deep-cleaning process draws out, restoring the grout much closer to its original colour.
Should I have my grout sealed after cleaning?
Sealing is a great idea. A fresh seal helps grout resist dirt and moisture so it stays cleaner for longer. We can apply it after the clean if you'd like.
What areas can you clean?
Tiled floors, bathroom and kitchen surfaces, splashbacks and living areas — essentially any hard tiled surface in the home.
Mould Remediation
Why does mould keep coming back?
Because mould returns wherever moisture remains. Wiping it away treats the symptom; we also address the dampness and ventilation issues feeding it so it's less likely to regrow.
Is mould a health concern?
It can be, particularly for children, older people and anyone with asthma or allergies. Removing it and improving airflow helps protect indoor air quality.
What causes mould in Gold Coast homes?
