Common questions

How long does carpet take to dry after a steam clean?
Most carpets are touch-dry within a few hours and fully dry within 6–12 hours, depending on airflow, humidity and pile thickness. We make extra extraction passes to remove as much moisture as possible so you're back to normal sooner.
Will steam cleaning remove old or set-in stains?
Many stains lift completely, and the vast majority improve significantly. Outcomes depend on what caused the stain, the carpet fibre and how long it has been there. We always pre-test and tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
Is the process safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use cleaning solutions suited to the fabric and rinse thoroughly with hot-water extraction, so very little residue is left behind. Just keep little ones and pets off the damp carpet until it has dried.
Do you clean lounges and mattresses too?
We do. Upholstery, fabric lounges, dining chairs, rugs and mattresses can all be freshened with the same hot-water extraction method, matched to the fabric type.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
For most Gold Coast homes, every 12 months keeps carpets healthy. Busy households with kids, pets or allergies often benefit from a clean every 6–9 months.
Do I need to move furniture beforehand?
