How often should I have my windows cleaned?
For most homes, a professional window clean every 3–6 months is ideal. Coastal properties near Wynnum and Moreton Bay may need cleaning every 6–8 weeks due to salt spray build-up on glass.
Do you clean inside windows as well?
Yes. We clean inside and outside as standard. Just let us know at booking if you only need exterior access — we can tailor the quote accordingly.
What is a water-fed pole system and why does it matter?
A water-fed pole uses purified water pumped through a carbon-fibre pole to scrub and rinse windows without ladders. The pure water dries without leaving mineral spots, giving a superior finish — especially on high windows.
Can you clean windows on a two or three-storey home?
Absolutely. Our water-fed pole system reaches up to 3 storeys safely and without ladders. For higher access we use extension equipment or rope access — give us a call and we'll advise on your specific property.
How do I prepare before you arrive?
Very little. Just make sure we have access to the windows you want cleaned and let us know if any rooms need to be locked. We bring all our own equipment and water.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes — we're available 7 days a week. Weekend bookings are popular, so we recommend booking a few days in advance for Saturday and Sunday appointments.
