Yes. We are fully insured for all exterior cleaning operations — window cleaning, pressure washing and soft washing on both residential and commercial properties.
Both. We do one-off cleans for special occasions, property sales, new builds and spring cleans — and we set up regular maintenance schedules for residential and commercial clients who want their property kept looking sharp year-round.

A window clean on an average home takes 1–3 hours. A driveway pressure clean is 1–2 hours. A full house soft wash is 2–5 hours depending on the size of the property. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when we quote.
Soft Washing
Pressure cleaning uses high-pressure water to blast dirt from hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure combined with biodegradable solutions to kill mould, algae and lichen at the root — on surfaces like render, cladding and roofing. Soft washing is gentler on surfaces and the results last significantly longer.
Rendered walls, brick, Colorbond cladding and roofing, tile roofs, timber fences and decks, fibreglass panels and most exterior painted surfaces. We assess each surface before applying any solution.
Typically 2–3 years on most surfaces. Results vary depending on shade, moisture levels and proximity to trees. Compare this to pressure washing, which usually needs to be redone every 3–6 months.
Window Cleaning
Yes. We clean inside and outside as standard. Just let us know at booking if you only need exterior access and we'll quote accordingly.
Every 3–6 months for most homes. Properties near the coast in Wynnum and Manly may need cleaning more frequently — every 6–8 weeks — due to salt spray build-up.
Yes. We use water-fed pole systems that reach up to 3 storeys without ladders — safer for us and better for your windows. For higher access we use extension equipment and can advise at inspection.
Equipment Hire
No experience needed. All hires include full hands-on training before you leave, covering safe pressure settings, chemical ratios and basic operation. You can also call us during your hire for support.
Daily hire starts from $150 depending on the machine. Weekly hire is available at a discount. Call us for a specific quote — we'll make sure you get the right gear for the job.
