What is Capacity Coaching?
Capacity Coaching is a strength coaching service focused on increasing physical capacity, resilience and performance over time.
Who is strength coaching for?
It suits beginners, active adults, mature athletes and older adults who want to preserve strength, mobility and confidence.
Where do sessions happen?
Sessions are held at Riverside Fitness, 6 Landsborough Terrace, Toowong QLD 4066, close to Toowong Village.
How do I get started?
Send an enquiry, book a free no-pressure consultation, then Dave will assess your goals, movement history and current strength before training begins.
How often should I train?
Most beginners see the best rhythm at two to three sessions per week, but consistency over time matters more than short bursts.
Can I train with a friend?
Yes. Capacity Coaching offers one-on-one sessions and the option to train with a buddy or in a small group.
What does a session look like?
A session usually runs for 30-60 minutes with equipment and bodyweight work selected for your needs, then adjusted as progress is tracked.
What if I have medical concerns?
Check with your healthcare provider before starting if you have a serious medical condition. Your consultation will cover history and any training modifications needed.
