Dave is a fifty-something coach who has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. He lives with his wife, two adult kids and his dog, Buddy, and also has a degree in Psychology. His satisfaction comes from helping people enjoy doing what is important to them, using training that suits the person rather than the trend.
