What areas do you service?

How do I get a quote?

Are you insured?
Yes. Boom Cleaning AU carries public liability insurance on every job. Your property is fully covered for any unlikely damage during our clean.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes. We arrive fully equipped — professional cleaning products, hot-water extraction carpet machines, window cleaning tools, and everything else the job requires. You don't need to provide anything.
Can you clean on weekends?
Yes. We work Monday to Saturday. Sunday cleans are available by appointment — particularly for urgent end-of-lease or Airbnb turnovers.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many of our clients provide a key or entry code. We are fully insured and trusted to work unsupervised. We'll let you know when we've finished and you can inspect at your convenience.

End of Lease Cleaning

Do you guarantee the bond back?
Yes. We guarantee our end of lease cleans meet the standards required by property managers on the Sunshine Coast. If the agent raises a cleaning issue covered by our scope within 72 hours, we return and rectify it at no extra charge.
How long does an end of lease clean take?
Typically 4–8 hours depending on the property size and condition. A standard 3-bedroom home usually takes 5–6 hours. We'll give you an estimate when you book.
Does end of lease cleaning include carpets?
Carpet cleaning can be included at an additional cost. Most leases require professional steam cleaning at the end of tenancy — ask us to include it when you book and we'll handle everything in one visit.
What's included in a standard end of lease clean?
Our end of lease clean covers all rooms including kitchen (oven, stovetop, rangehood, cupboards), bathrooms and toilets, laundry, all floors (vacuumed and mopped), windows (internal), skirtings, light fittings, and door tracks. We follow a comprehensive checklist that matches what most property managers inspect against.

Carpet & Window Cleaning

What carpet cleaning method do you use?
We use hot-water extraction (steam cleaning), which is the method recommended by most carpet manufacturers and required by most landlords at end of tenancy. It removes deep-set dirt, stains, and allergens.
How long do carpets take to dry after cleaning?
Typically 2–4 hours, depending on the carpet type and ventilation. We recommend opening windows after the clean to speed drying. Carpets are usually fully dry within 6 hours.
Do you clean windows on upper floors or multi-storey buildings?
Yes. We can clean windows on multi-storey residential and commercial buildings. We use water-fed pole systems for safe, streak-free results at height. Contact us with details of your property and we'll advise on the best approach.

Airbnb & Short-Stay

Can you work with my Airbnb checkout schedule?
Absolutely. We understand that short-stay turnovers often have tight windows between checkout and check-in. We work with your booking calendar and can turn around properties quickly to meet your next guest's check-in time.
Do you offer linen management for Airbnb properties?
We can coordinate linen and towel changeovers as part of your Airbnb turnover clean. Discuss your requirements with us when booking and we'll set up a system that works for your property.
