Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
Just make sure the property is vacated and power and water are still connected. Remove all personal belongings. We handle everything else.

Yes, oven cleaning is included as standard. We use professional-grade degreasers to clean the interior, including racks, glass door, and trays.
