What stages of a builders clean do you offer?
We offer initial clean (during construction, removes heavy debris), rough clean (after fit-out, before painting touch-ups), and final clean (handover-ready — this is the one most clients need).
Do you remove construction stickers and labels?
Yes. Removing stickers, protective film, and labels from windows, appliances, and fixtures is part of the final builders clean.
How do you handle plaster dust?
We use HEPA-rated vacuums and appropriate microfibre cloths. Standard vacuums push plaster dust back into the air — we use equipment that captures it properly.
Do you clean windows as part of a builders clean?
Yes, interior and exterior window cleaning is included as standard. Construction splatter and paint overspray on glass is removed.
How long does a builders clean take?
Depends on the size of the build. A standard house final clean takes 6–12 hours. We can usually give you an accurate quote from the floor plan.
