For invoicing on regular cleans, we also keep a record of your billing details and the dates of cleans we've completed at your address.

Your information is used to contact you about your booking, send written quotes and invoices, schedule the cleaning team, and follow up if there's an issue with a clean. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

Storage and security

Customer contact details and booking history are stored in secure cloud-based business systems. Payment is handled via bank transfer or invoice — we do not store credit card numbers. Access to customer information is limited to Belle and the small administrative team that handles bookings and invoicing.

Cookies and the website

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site. Analytics records anonymised information like pages viewed, the country you're visiting from, and the referring source. We do not use the website to build advertising profiles or track you across other sites.

Your rights
