We're based in Nundah and cover most of Brisbane's northside and inner-city — including Clayfield, Ascot, Hamilton, Hendra, Albion, Wooloowin, Newstead, Northgate, Eagle Farm, New Farm, the Brisbane Airport precinct, and the surrounding suburbs out to Chermside, Stafford and Aspley. The full suburb list is on our pricing page. If your address is outside our usual run, give us a call anyway — we'd rather check than send you searching elsewhere.
How much do you charge?
One-off house cleans are $75 per hour plus GST with a four-hour minimum. Regular cleans (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) are $65 per hour plus GST with the same four-hour minimum. Office cleans are $75 per hour plus GST with a two-hour minimum. Pressure cleaning starts at $220 plus GST. Oven cleaning starts at $150 plus GST. Every quote starts with a free in-home inspection so we can see the actual job before pricing it — there's no obligation to book.
Are you insured?
Yes — BK Cleaning Brisbane operates as a fully insured house cleaning service. Insurance covers public liability across all the cleaning work we do, residential and commercial. We can provide a Certificate of Currency for property managers, body corporates, or commercial landlords on request — just ask when you book and we'll send it directly to whoever needs it.
