What suburbs does Bardon Clean service?
We're based in Bardon and look after homes and rentals across Ashgrove, Paddington, Red Hill, The Gap, Toowong and the surrounding inner-western Brisbane suburbs. As a service-area business we come to you — if your suburb isn't listed, get in touch and we'll let you know.
How do I get a quote?
Just call 1300 375 020 or send the quote form with a few details about your home and what you'd like cleaned. We'll come back with a clear, no-obligation price before any work starts.
Are you reliable and easy to deal with?
Reliability is what we're known for — turning up when we say we will and leaving a finish you can see. Our customers regularly mention exactly that in their Google reviews.
Do you do one-off cleans or only regular bookings?
Both. We're happy to do a single one-off clean or set you up on a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly schedule — whatever suits you.
Carpet Cleaning
How does your carpet cleaning work?
We use hot-water extraction (steam cleaning), which sprays a heated solution deep into the carpet pile and extracts it along with the loosened dirt and moisture. It cleans below the surface and leaves carpets only lightly damp.
How long do carpets take to dry?
Most carpets are touch-dry within a few hours and fully dry within around half a day, depending on weather and airflow. Opening windows or running fans helps.
Can you get rid of stains and odours?
We treat stains and odours as part of the job and get great results on most common marks. Very old or set-in stains may not lift completely — we'll always tell you honestly what to expect first.
House & Deep Cleaning
What's included in a house clean?
Kitchens, bathrooms, dusting and wiping of living areas and bedrooms, and vacuuming and mopping throughout. Tell us your priorities and we'll tailor the visit.
Do I need to provide products or equipment?
No — we bring our own products and gear. If you'd prefer a specific product used in your home, just let us know.
What's the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean maintains an already-tidy home, while a deep clean tackles built-up grime and detail areas a routine clean doesn't reach — ideal for spring cleans, moves or pre-event resets.
Bond / End-of-Lease
Do you guarantee my bond back?
No cleaner can guarantee a bond refund because inspections also assess damage and wear outside cleaning. What we do is clean to the standard agents expect, removing cleaning as a reason for any deduction.
Is carpet cleaning part of a bond clean?
It's offered as an add-on so your whole move-out is handled by one team. Many leases require professional carpet cleaning at the end of a tenancy, so it's worth including.
How far ahead should I book a bond clean?
As early as you can once you know your move-out date, so we can line a time up with your handover. Send us your date and we'll book you in.
