What are the hours of operation for the gym?
All4Fitness is a 24 hour gym. Staffed hours are listed as Monday to Thursday, with Friday to Sunday by appointment only.
Do I need to make a reservation to use the gym?
Reservations are not required for general gym use. Sauna bookings are required and availability is handled through the online booking tool.
Do I need to be a member to use the gym?
No. Casual passes are available and Fitness Passport members are accepted.
What membership options are available?
All4Fitness lists gym only and gym plus classes memberships, with month-to-month, 6 month and 12 month options.
Is there a trial period or guest pass?
Yes. All4Fitness offers a 7-day free trial with a refundable tag fee if you decide not to join and return the tag.
Are there age restrictions?
The equipment and classes are suitable for people over the age of 16.
What equipment does the gym have?
The gym includes cardio and strength equipment, including treadmills, bikes, free weights and machines.
Can I get personal training or coaching?
Yes. All4Fitness offers personal training and coaching services for extra guidance and support.
Are group fitness classes available?
Yes. All4Fitness offers group fitness classes, with a timetable available on the website and at the front desk.
Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is available for members.
