Inspired Movement Practise is the work of Katie Mac, a Brisbane-based movement coach who built her practise on the idea that strong, mobile bodies are built slowly, deliberately, and from the inside out.
Katie founded Inspired Movement Practise — operating out of Aerofit Studio in Brisbane — because she kept seeing the same gap. Gyms taught lifting. Massage rooms treated symptoms. Coaching sat off to the side. None of it talked to each other.
The practise pulls all three into one room. As a one-on-one movement coach, Katie programmes training, hands-on remedial work and longer-form coaching for clients who want to move better in a body they're already living in — not chase someone else's idea of fitness.
Sessions are unhurried. The pace is deliberate. The goal isn't a six-week transformation, it's a practise you keep showing up to — through busy weeks, injuries, life seasons. That's what compounds.
