We’re based in Southport and cover the Gold Coast, including Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Robina, Burleigh Heads, Nerang, Coomera and surrounding suburbs.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use family and pet-safe, eco-friendly products across all our services — carpet cleaning, upholstery, flood restoration and pest management.
How long do carpets take to dry?
With hot-water extraction and our fast-drying process, carpets are usually touch-dry within a few hours. Good airflow helps them dry even faster.
Can I book more than one service at once?
Absolutely. Many customers combine carpet cleaning, upholstery and pest control in a single visit — just mention everything you need when you ask for a quote.
Do you remove tough stains and odours?
We pre-treat stains and high-traffic areas by hand and deodorise as part of the clean, lifting the vast majority of marks and smells. Brian will be upfront if anything is likely to be permanent.
How quickly can you respond to water damage?
As fast as possible — speed is critical with water damage. Call us the moment you notice a problem and we’ll get to you quickly to limit the damage and prevent mould.
Who actually does the work?
Brian, the owner, runs and completes every job personally. There are no subcontractors — the person who quotes is the person who shows up.
