How long does carpet cleaning take?
Most homes take one to three hours depending on the number of rooms and the condition of the carpet. We’ll give you a clear time estimate when we quote.
How long until my carpets are dry?
With hot-water extraction and our fast-drying process, carpets are usually touch-dry within a few hours. Good airflow speeds things up — we’ll let you know how to help them dry faster.
Can you remove old or set-in stains?
We pre-treat every stain and high-traffic lane by hand and lift the vast majority of marks. Some very old or dye-based stains can be permanent, but Brian will tell you honestly what to expect before starting.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use family and pet-safe products throughout, so your home is safe to use again as soon as the carpet is dry.
Do you move furniture?
We move light furniture as part of the service and clean around heavier pieces. Just let us know if there’s anything specific you’d like done.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
For most homes, once every 12 months keeps carpets healthy and looking their best. Homes with pets, kids or allergies often benefit from every six to nine months.
