Do you offer weekly and fortnightly cleaning?
Yes. Regular house cleaning is our most popular service, and we offer both weekly and fortnightly schedules to suit how your household runs. Weekly cleans keep busy family homes consistently on top of things, while fortnightly works well for smaller households or homes that just need steady upkeep. We'll recommend a frequency based on your home and budget, and you can adjust it later if your needs change. The goal is a schedule that fits your life, not the other way around.
Will I have the same cleaner each visit?
Wherever possible, yes. We know it matters to have someone familiar in your home, so we aim to send the same cleaner or small team each visit. That consistency means they get to know your home, your preferences and the little details that make a clean feel right. If your regular cleaner is ever unavailable, we'll let you know and make sure whoever steps in is briefed on your home so the standard stays the same.
What's included in a standard house clean?
A standard clean covers vacuuming all floors and carpets, mopping hard floors, cleaning and sanitising kitchen surfaces, cleaning bathrooms including toilets, showers and sinks, dusting surfaces and furniture, emptying bins and general tidying.
