Do you clean window frames and tracks, not just the glass?
Yes — and it's the difference that matters. Plenty of cleaners just squeegee the easy glass and leave the muck in the frames and tracks. We don't take short cuts: tracks take time, perseverance and elbow grease, and we clean the glass, frames and tracks properly so the whole window looks its best, not just the parts you see at a glance.
Do you do high-rise or only accessible windows?
We don't do high-rise windows, but we're happy to clean any windows that are reasonably accessible. If you're not sure whether yours qualify, give us a quick description or a call and we'll let you know honestly up front so there are no surprises when we arrive.
How do you charge for window cleaning?
We can work on an hourly rate or an agreed quote — whichever suits the job. For a set quote we'll ask about the number and type of windows and how accessible they are, then give you a clear price. Because you deal directly with us, you're not paying a booking-agent margin on top of the work.

Yes, and it often makes sense to. Windows, including frames and tracks, are usually part of getting a property inspection-ready, so we can include them in a bond clean or a builders clean where mortar and dust collect in the tracks. Just mention it when you ask for your quote and we'll factor the windows in.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
