How does pricing work for a bond clean?
We believe in transparent pricing, so rather than quote a flat rate blind, we ask you several questions about the property first — the size, number of bathrooms, whether carpets and windows are included and the overall condition. Will I get my full bond back if I book you?
We can't guarantee your bond will be returned, because that decision sits with your real estate agent after their inspection — no honest cleaner can promise otherwise. What's included in a bond clean?
A bond clean is far more thorough than a regular tidy-up. Bond cleaning requires a systematic approach, so we set rules like 'no entry' into rooms already completed to keep the standard high. How far in advance should I book my bond clean?

Yes. We arrive with our own specialised equipment and, wherever possible, independently certified organic products — we don't like harsh chemicals and don't expect you to want them in your home either. Our system and processes are refined from years of bond and holiday-rental work, so the job is done properly and on time. You don't need to supply anything or be home while we work, as long as we can access the property.
