Yes. No job is too small — whether it's a handful of cracked or drummy tiles, a failed grout line, a loose section or a tired wet area, we'll restore it. Many clients call us for a minor repair and we're happy to assess it and put it right rather than only chasing large projects.

We do our best to. If you have spare tiles we'll use them; if not, we'll help source the closest available match in size, colour and finish. Where an exact match isn't possible we'll talk through sensible options, such as re-tiling a defined area so the repair reads as intentional.

Repairs are quoted once we've seen the problem, because the cause matters as much as the symptom. We assess what's behind the issue — movement, moisture, a failed substrate or simple wear — and quote the work needed to fix it properly, so the repair lasts rather than returns.

Usually, yes. Cracked, missing or stained grout can often be raked out and replaced, and we can advise whether a regrout alone will do the job or whether the tiles around it need attention too. Getting on top of failing grout early helps stop water finding its way into the substrate.

We do. If a shower or wet area is leaking, the tiling and waterproofing usually need to be addressed together. We'll investigate the source, carry out the repairs and re-waterproof to the relevant Australian Standards so the area is properly sealed before it's re-tiled.

Yes. As a Building Services Authority licensed tiler, our workmanship — including repairs — is guaranteed for six years. We'd rather fix the underlying cause once and stand behind it than apply a quick patch that fails again down the track.
