A small Brisbane North family operation.
We're based in Bunya, on the northern edge of Brisbane. Mason is the licensed electrician on the tools — most days you'll find him in someone's switchboard or running new circuits through a renovation. Peita runs the office side of the business, which means she's the one you'll hear back from when you've asked for a quote, and the one who'll work out a time that suits you.
Between us, we've got over 25 years of combined experience in residential electrical work — installations, fault finding, switchboard upgrades, smoke alarm compliance, and the occasional after-hours storm-damage call-out. We don't hand jobs to subcontractors. When you book Rosella, you get us.
How we work
Three things matter to us: turning up when we said we would, telling you the price before any work starts, and leaving the site as tidy as we found it. None of those should be unusual, but we hear from new customers regularly that they've had bad experiences with other electricians — surprise charges on the invoice, jobs left half-finished, a tradesman who didn't show up at all.
So we put the price in writing before we start, we hand over the certificate of electrical safety on completion, and we back our workmanship with a guarantee — if something we've installed or repaired fails because of how we did the work, we come back and put it right at no cost.
The work we love most
Honestly, the calls where someone says "the last electrician told me I needed a full rewire and quoted $X". We come out, look properly, and find the actual fault — usually a single damaged cable in one wall, a failed connection in one junction box, a worn-out safety switch that just needs replacing. The repair costs a fraction of the rewire, the customer is relieved, and we've earned a long-term relationship.
Get in touch
Easiest way is to call 0431 844 846 or send a message via the contact page. For genuine after-hours emergencies, the line is monitored — but if it's a non-urgent quote, business hours give us a better chance of getting properly through everything you need.
