About our qualifications and how we operate.
Is RAC Carpentry Services licensed in Queensland?
Yes. RAC Carpentry Services holds QBCC Licence 15521907. The Queensland Building and Construction Commission licence covers regulated carpentry and construction work across Queensland. ABN: 69 633 997 870.
Do you provide warranties on your work?
Yes. All work performed under our QBCC licence is subject to the statutory warranty provisions under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act. For non-structural work, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and will rectify any issues arising from workmanship defects.
What are your trading hours?
We work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. We're closed on weekends. For existing clients with urgent maintenance issues, call 0448 375 771 and we'll do our best to help.

What carpentry services do you offer?
We offer three main service areas: property maintenance carpentry (door frames, skirting boards, decking repairs, rot replacement, fence repairs), renovation carpentry (kitchens, built-ins, decks, pergolas, feature walls, internal framing), and plastering repairs (gyprock patching, cornice repairs, crack repair, skim coat and texture matching).
How long does a carpentry job take?
It depends on the job. Small repairs like patching a doorframe or replacing a few decking boards are often completed in a single visit of a few hours. Larger renovations — a built-in wardrobe, deck construction or full kitchen fitout — may take several days. We'll give you a realistic timeline with your quote.
Do you work on investment properties?
Yes. We regularly work with landlords and property managers across the Gold Coast. We can coordinate with tenants, turn around work promptly and provide itemised tax invoices. Our QBCC licence covers all regulated maintenance and renovation work.

How do I get a quote?
Call us on 0448 375 771 or send a message through our contact form. For simple repairs, we can often quote over the phone or from a photo. For larger jobs or renovations we'll arrange a free site visit to assess the scope before providing a written fixed-price quote.
