Common questions, answered.
Pricing, drying times, guarantees, suburbs we cover — everything we get asked, in one place.
How do you price carpet cleaning?+
We give a fixed-price obligation-free quote based on the number of rooms, stairs and the condition of the carpets. Once you accept the quote there are no surprises and no hidden extras. The easiest way to get an accurate price is to call us or send photos through the form — we'll come back to you fast.
How long does carpet cleaning take to dry?+
Because we use a truck-mounted system with much stronger suction than portable machines, drying times are short. Carpets are usually dry to the touch within a few hours and fully dry the same day. We always recommend keeping foot traffic off until fully dry and turning on ceiling fans or air-conditioning to speed things up.
Do you treat stains and high-traffic areas?+
Yes — we pre-treat stains and traffic lanes before the main clean, with detergents matched to the fibre type. Most everyday stains lift completely. Older or unidentified stains we'll always assess honestly and tell you what we can and can't get out before we start.
Are your products safe for pets and kids?+
Yes. We use top-quality, Australian-standard shampoos applied at low concentrations, and the hot-water extraction process rinses everything out of the fibre. Once carpets are dry, your home is safe for pets and children to be back on the floor.
Do you do end-of-lease carpet cleans?+
Yes — end-of-lease carpet cleans are a big part of what we do. We meet the real-estate standard for a professional clean and can include flea treatments if your tenancy had pets. Call us a few days before key handover so we can lock in a time that suits.
How often should I get my carpets professionally cleaned?+
For most Sunshine Coast homes, every 12 months keeps carpets looking and smelling fresh and protects the fibres. Homes with pets, kids, or high-traffic areas benefit from every 6 months. End-of-lease cleans and post-renovation cleans are best done as separate one-offs.
Do you service the whole Sunshine Coast?+
Yes — we cover every suburb on the Sunshine Coast, from Caloundra through to Noosa, plus the hinterland and Maroochydore region. If you're not sure whether you're in our area, just give us a call.
What if I'm not happy with the result?+
All our work is fully insured and guaranteed. If you're not happy with anything we've cleaned, call us — we'll come back and put it right. That's the guarantee.
How do you price upholstery cleaning?+
Upholstery is priced per seat or per item — a 3-seater is one price, a recliner another, dining chairs by the set, and so on. We give you a fixed-price quote up front based on what you've got, and the price doesn't change unless you add items on the day. The fastest way to a quote is a phone call or a quick photo through the form.
How long does upholstery take to dry?+
Most fabric lounges dry within 2 to 4 hours because we use low-pressure extraction — much gentler than carpet cleaning. We finish by grooming the fabric back into its original direction so it looks freshly factory-finished. We'd suggest leaving the lounge alone for the rest of the day if you can.
Will the cleaning damage delicate fabrics?+
No — pre-inspection and colour-fast testing happen on every job. If a fabric isn't suitable for hot-water extraction, we'll tell you before we start and recommend an alternative. We've cleaned every fabric type on the Sunshine Coast at this point.
Do you clean dining chairs?+
Yes — fabric dining chairs are quick and very satisfying jobs. We usually quote per set rather than per chair. Stains from food, wine and kids' meals lift completely in most cases.
Can you remove pet odours from a couch?+
In most cases yes. Pet odour usually sits in the foam underneath the fabric rather than on the surface, so we use a deodorising treatment as part of the extraction process. For severe cases we'll be honest about what's realistic — sometimes the foam itself needs replacing.
How often should I get my lounge cleaned?+
For families with kids or pets, every 12 months. For lower-use homes, every 18 to 24 months keeps the fabric looking sharp and extends the life of the suite. End-of-lease is a separate one-off.
Do you also clean leather?+
Our specialty is fabric upholstery and that's where we recommend you spend your money with us. For leather we can clean the surface but the right people for leather are leather-specific specialists — happy to point you to one if needed.
Is the upholstery clean guaranteed?+
Yes — fully insured and guaranteed. If you're not happy with the result, call us back and we'll address it. That's the promise.
How do you price rug cleaning?+
Rugs are priced based on size and fibre type. Small entry rugs are flat-rated, larger area rugs are quoted by area. We give you a fixed-price obligation-free quote — what we quote is what you pay. The quickest way to get an accurate quote is to call or send a photo through the form with rough dimensions.
Are you safe on wool and hand-knotted rugs?+
Yes — wool and hand-knotted rugs are where the colour-fast testing matters most, and we always test before any cleaning agent touches the rug. We use low-pressure hot-water extraction rather than aggressive steam, which protects natural fibres.
Can you get pet stains out of a rug?+
In most cases yes, depending on how long the stain has been there and whether it's reached the backing. We use deodorising treatments alongside the extraction to address smell, not just the visible mark. We'll always tell you honestly what we can and can't shift.
How long does rug cleaning take to dry?+
Most rugs are dry within a few hours thanks to the truck-mounted suction. Thicker rugs or wool rugs can take longer — we'd suggest leaving them rolled-back overnight where possible.
Do you clean rugs in-home or pick them up?+
We clean rugs in-home on the Sunshine Coast — same system, same result, no transport stress. If for any reason the rug needs deeper restoration, we'll let you know.
How often should rugs be professionally cleaned?+
For high-traffic rugs, every 12 months keeps them looking sharp. Lower-traffic decorative rugs can stretch to 18 to 24 months. Rugs in pet households benefit from every 6 to 12 months.
Can rug edges fray during cleaning?+
Not when done properly — that's why we use low-pressure extraction and brush agitation, not high-PSI scrubbing. Old, already-deteriorated rugs we'll always assess and warn you about before starting.
Is the rug clean guaranteed?+
Yes — all our work is fully insured and guaranteed. If you're not happy with the result, call us and we'll address it.
How do you price tile and grout cleaning?+
We price tile and grout by floor area. You'll get a fixed-price obligation-free quote with no surprises — what we quote is what you pay. For accurate pricing, give us a call with rough square-metre estimates or send a photo through the form.
Can you really make the grout look new again?+
In most cases yes. Years of mopping moves dirty water back into the grout — high-pressure extraction lifts it out. There's a point at which permanent staining has taken hold and grout colour-sealing is the next step, but most floors come up much better than people expect.
How long does tile cleaning take to dry?+
Tiles dry quickly — usually within an hour or two depending on humidity. Grout takes a little longer because the cleaning gets right down into the porous material. We'd suggest light foot traffic only for the first few hours after.
Will the cleaning damage my grout?+
No — high-pressure extraction is designed for hard floors and grout. It's much gentler than mechanical scrubbing because the cleaning agent is the hot water itself, not abrasion. Old or already-cracking grout we'll always inspect and warn you about before starting.
Do you also clean shower walls and splashbacks?+
Yes — shower walls and splashbacks are part of the same job, and we usually include them within the same quote. Soap scum and mineral build-up lift well with the high-pressure system.
How often should tile floors be professionally cleaned?+
For most Sunshine Coast homes, every 18 to 24 months keeps the floor looking fresh. Households with pets or high foot traffic benefit from every 12 months. Holiday rentals usually book us between guests.
Do you do outdoor tiles and pool surrounds?+
Yes — outdoor tile and pool-surround cleaning is one of the most satisfying jobs we do because the results are so visible. Mould and algae lift out cleanly.
Is the tile clean guaranteed?+
Yes — fully insured and guaranteed. If anything isn't right, call us and we'll address it.
How do you price pest control?+
General pest control is flat-priced per property based on size — three-bed, four-bed, larger homes etc. Specialist treatments like end-of-lease flea or rodent control are quoted separately. We give you a fixed-price obligation-free quote up front — no hidden fees, no surprises on the day.
Are your treatments safe for pets and kids?+
Yes — all treatments are 100% Australian-approved and pet- and family-safe once dry. We use products rated specifically for residential use. We'll always explain exactly what's being applied where and how long to keep pets off the treated area, which is usually a couple of hours.
Do you offer a warranty on pest treatments?+
Yes — we offer a 12-month warranty on general pest control. If you have a recurrence within that period, we'll come back and re-treat the affected area at no extra charge. The warranty covers the treatment we performed, not new infestations from elsewhere.
Do you handle end-of-lease flea treatments?+
Yes — end-of-lease flea treatments are a big part of our pest work, especially for tenancies with pets. We meet the real-estate standard and provide proof of treatment for your bond return. Book a few days before key handover so we can lock in the timing.
How long do the treatments last?+
General pest control typically protects for 6 to 12 months depending on the pest, the season and the property. The 12-month warranty covers any recurrence within that period. Sunshine Coast humidity can shorten effectiveness in heavy summers — happy to discuss top-ups if you live in a high-pressure area.
Can you treat rodents?+
Yes — we offer safe rodent solutions including bait stations placed where pets and kids can't reach them, and physical exclusion advice for finding entry points. Severe infestations we treat in stages.
Do you also do carpet pest treatments?+
Yes — flea and mite treatments built into the carpet clean. This is ideal for pet homes or end-of-lease where you need both jobs done at once. We usually package them together for a better price.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes — fully licensed pest control technicians, fully insured, with all treatments traceable on request. We follow Australian Standards for residential and commercial pest management.
Do you service the whole Sunshine Coast?+
Yes — we service every suburb on the Sunshine Coast, from Caloundra to Noosa, Maroochydore to Nambour, and the hinterland. There are no travel fees inside our service area. If you're not sure whether you're in range, give us a call and we'll let you know straight away.
What are your hours?+
We work Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm. Saturday slots fill quickly so book ahead if you can — Sundays we're closed. After-hours calls go to voicemail and we'll return them first thing the next working day.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes — all our work is fully insured and guaranteed. Pest control specifically is done by licensed pest technicians under Australian Standards. Insurance certificates and licence documentation are available on request.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cash and bank transfer are most common, but card payment is also available on the day. We invoice on completion for commercial work, with standard 7-day terms for repeat business customers.
How do I get a quote?+
The fastest way is to call 0400 024 464. You can also fill out the contact form and upload photos — that helps us quote accurately first time. Quotes are free, obligation-free, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
What's your guarantee?+
All our work is fully insured and guaranteed. If you're not satisfied with anything we've cleaned or treated, call us back and we'll address it. Pest control treatments come with a 12-month warranty.
