Platinum Tile Co handles wall and floor tiling across the whole home and commercial spaces — bathrooms and ensuites, kitchen splashbacks, laundries, living areas, balconies, stairs, pool surrounds and outdoor paving. Every job is carried out by fully qualified and licensed tilers, so whether it is a single splashback or a full commercial fit-out, the same standard of preparation, setting-out and finishing applies.

Every project is quoted individually after we understand the space, the tile and the prep involved. We provide a free measure and quote so you know the scope before any work begins, and the written quote sets out what is included. We do not work to a fixed price list because tile size, surface condition, waterproofing and access all change the labour involved — quoting properly up front means no surprises later.

Yes. Platinum Tile Co holds QBCC Licence 1196659 and is a registered Australian business trading as Platinum Group Concepts Pty Ltd. We also carry $20 million in public liability insurance, so your home or commercial site is protected for the duration of the work. We are happy to confirm these details before you book.

Either works. Many clients choose their own tiles and we install them; others prefer guidance, and we draw on long-standing relationships with suppliers and wholesalers to help match the right tile to the space. If you are unsure on size, finish or slip rating, we can talk it through during the measure and quote.

It depends on the size of the room, the tile format and whether waterproofing and prep are part of the scope. A standard bathroom is usually a multi-day job once setting-out, waterproofing, tiling, grouting and sealing are accounted for. We give you a realistic timeframe in the written quote and keep you informed if anything changes on site.

Yes. Waterproofing and caulking are part of what we do, and getting wet areas right is critical to a tiling job lasting. We can waterproof showers, bathrooms and balconies as part of the tiling scope so the surface is properly protected before tiles go down.
