Tile and grout cleaning result

Tiles That Look New Again

Regular mopping only cleans the surface. Over time, dirt, grease, mould, and bacteria build up deep inside porous grout lines — leaving your tiles looking dull and discoloured no matter how often you clean. Philip's advanced equipment penetrates where mops can't reach.

Angela T. recently had us clean the floor tiles in two units: "I am very happy with the results, their diligence, the value and how easy they are to work with."

  • High-pressure hot water — blasts embedded grime from grout lines
  • All tile types — ceramic, porcelain, slate, travertine, terracotta & natural stone
  • Mould & bacteria removal — safe for kitchens, bathrooms & laundries
  • Residential & commercial — units, homes, offices, restaurants, & aged care
  • Grout sealing available — protect your freshly cleaned grout from future staining
  • 7 days a week — no extra charge for weekends or public holidays

Tile & Grout Cleaning FAQs

How do you clean tile and grout?
We use advanced high-pressure hot-water equipment specifically designed for tile and grout surfaces. This blasts deep into porous grout lines to remove embedded dirt, grime, mould, and bacteria that regular mopping can't reach. Safe for all common tile types.
How long does tile and grout cleaning take?
A typical bathroom takes 1–1.5 hours; a kitchen 1–2 hours. Large tiled areas such as living rooms or commercial floors are quoted on-site. Angela T. had two full units done in a single day by Philip and Joseph.
Can you restore heavily stained or discoloured grout?
In most cases yes. Our high-pressure equipment removes years of built-up grime and discolouration from grout lines. Severely stained or permanently damaged grout may benefit from a grout colourant treatment — we'll be honest with you before starting so there are no surprises.
What types of tiles can you clean?
We clean ceramic, porcelain, slate, travertine, terracotta, and most natural stone tiles. Before starting, we assess tile type and adjust pressure and temperature settings accordingly to ensure there's no surface damage.
Will cleaning damage my tiles or grout?
No — we tailor pressure and temperature to your specific tile type. Our equipment is designed for tile surfaces and includes safety features that prevent damage. We carry full public liability insurance for your peace of mind.
How long before I can use the area after cleaning?
Most tiled areas can be walked on within 30–60 minutes after cleaning. We'll advise specific drying times based on your tile type and whether any additional treatments were applied.
Do you seal the grout after cleaning?
Grout sealing is available as a cost-effective add-on service. Sealing freshly cleaned grout creates a protective barrier that resists future staining and makes routine cleaning easier. Ask us about this when booking — it's a worthwhile investment after a deep clean.
What areas do you service for tile cleaning?
We service Coolangatta, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Ipswich, Springfield, Tweed Heads, and surrounding areas across Southeast Queensland. Call 0415 922 771 to confirm availability in your suburb and book a time that suits you.
