What's included in an end-of-lease clean?+

How much notice do you need to book an exit clean?+
The earlier the better, especially around the end of the month when rentals turn over. Get in touch as soon as you have your move-out date and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Should the property be empty before you clean?+
Ideally yes — an empty property lets us clean every surface properly. If you still have a few items to move, let us know when you book and we'll work out the best timing.
What if the agent isn't happy with something?+
