What services do you offer?+
Two things we do really well: carpet steam cleaning for homes, and detailed bond-back end-of-lease cleans for tenants and property managers. The two can be combined into a single booking.

What are your hours?+
We work by appointment, seven days a week, and do our best to fit around your schedule — including busy end-of-month rental turnovers.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?+
Yes. The Oceanfresh team arrives with everything needed for the job. If there's anything specific you'd like us to use or avoid, just let us know when you book.
How long does carpet steam cleaning take to dry?+
Most carpets are touch-dry within a few hours and fully dry within around 6 to 12 hours, depending on weather and airflow. We extract as much moisture as possible so they dry sooner.
Can you remove old or stubborn carpet stains?+
We treat traffic lanes and most common stains as part of the clean and can give many older marks a real lift. Some set-in stains may not come out completely, but we'll always tell you honestly what we expect before we start.
How often should I have my carpets cleaned?+
For most homes, once every 6 to 12 months keeps carpets fresh and helps them last longer. Homes with pets, kids or high foot traffic often benefit from more frequent cleans.
Will your end-of-lease clean help me get my bond back?+
We build the clean around the kind of exit checklist property managers use, so the property is presented at its best. Bond decisions are made by your agent and owner, but a thorough clean gives you the best possible chance of a full return.
Do you clean carpets as part of the exit clean?+
Yes — many leases require professional carpet cleaning at the end of a tenancy. We can combine carpet steam cleaning with the end-of-lease clean so everything is done in one visit.
How much notice do you need to book an exit clean?+
The earlier the better, especially around the end of the month when rentals turn over. Get in touch as soon as you have your move-out date and we'll do our best to fit you in.
