If you've had pets at the property, we can include a flea spray as part of your vacate carpet clean, which is often a requirement on tenancy agreements where animals have been kept. Just let us know when you book that pets have lived at the property so we can include the treatment and quote it upfront. Handling it as part of the same visit saves you arranging a separate pest treatment and helps ensure the property meets the conditions for your bond return.

We clean to the standard expected for end-of-lease inspections, and because we're a preferred provider for many local real estates, we're familiar with what agents look for. We focus on a thorough, professional clean of the carpets so the property presents well at handover. If your agent or property manager has specific requirements, pass them on when you book and we'll make sure we account for them. We can also provide details of the clean so you have a record to give your agent if it's requested.

How far in advance should I book a vacate clean?

It's best to book as early as you can once you know your move-out date, especially around the busy end-of-month period when demand is highest. Ideally the carpets are cleaned after your furniture and belongings have been removed, so the whole floor can be done properly. Let us know your handover date when you get in touch and we'll find a time that gives you a comfortable buffer before the final inspection. Booking ahead means one less thing to worry about during a busy move.

Can you clean carpets after the furniture is gone?

Yes, and that's usually the ideal time for a vacate clean. With the rooms empty we can clean the entire carpeted area thoroughly, including the spots normally hidden under furniture. If you can arrange for the clean to happen after you've moved out but before your final inspection, you'll get the best possible result. Just coordinate the timing with us when you book and tell us how access will work on the day, and we'll take care of the rest.
