What we clean.
All fabric and synthetic upholstery: 2-seaters, 3-seaters, modular lounges, corner sofas, armchairs, dining chairs, ottomans, bed heads and mattresses. Residential and commercial. We do not clean leather (leather requires specialist conditioning — different process entirely).
When to book.

Upholstery cleaning FAQs.
What types of upholstery can you clean?
We clean all fabric upholstery types including cotton, linen, microfibre, velvet and synthetic blends. We do not clean leather — leather requires specialist conditioning products and a different process.
How long does upholstery take to dry?
Most fabric sofas and lounges are dry within 3–5 hours. We use low-moisture techniques where appropriate and powerful extraction to minimise drying time. Open windows and run fans to speed things up.
Can you remove wine and food stains from a sofa?
In most cases, yes. We use specialist stain pre-treatments before the main clean. Success depends on the stain type, how long it's been there, and the fabric type. We'll be upfront with you if a stain is unlikely to fully lift.
Do you offer fabric protection after cleaning?
Yes — we can apply a fabric protector after cleaning that repels future spills and makes the upholstery easier to maintain. Ask about this when booking.
Can you clean a mattress as well?
Yes, mattress cleaning is available. We use the same hot water extraction method to remove dust mites, bacteria and stains. Ask about adding it to your booking.

Is the cleaning safe for pets and children?
Yes. All products we use are safe once dry. We'll advise you on when it's safe to sit on the furniture again — typically 3–5 hours.

Absolutely. We provide detailed invoices suitable for property managers and bond claims. Rental property cleans are a large part of our work.
