What carpet cleaning method do you use?
We use professional hot-water extraction — often called steam cleaning. It injects hot water and solution deep into the pile and extracts it along with the dissolved dirt, which is the method most carpet manufacturers recommend.
How long will my carpet take to dry?
We extract as much moisture as possible on the day, so most carpets are dry within a few hours. Drying time depends on the fibre, the weather and how much airflow the room gets.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
For most homes, every 12 months keeps carpets healthy and looking good. Busy households, pets or high-traffic commercial floors usually benefit from a clean more often.
Can you remove pet stains and odours?
Yes. We pre-treat pet stains and use targeted odour treatment to tackle the smell at the source rather than masking it. Badly set-in stains are assessed honestly before we start.
Do you clean stairs and hallways?
