Complete your first-session paperwork before training.

Kickboxing Fitness provides four forms for new clients: pre-exercise screening, code of conduct, client and emergency details, and waiver.

// Before you arrive

Bring forms, clearance, water and towel.

During the first session, clients need completed forms and medical clearance from a GP stating any medical or physical conditions. Kickboxing Fitness also recommends a large water bottle, towel and good enclosed running shoes.

First session timing

Arrive 15 minutes early to allow for stretching and wrapping hands.
