Completed forms
Bring the required first-session forms from the Forms page.
Medical clearance
Bring GP medical clearance stating any medical or physical conditions when applicable.
Training clothes
Wear a loose fitting singlet and pants with good quality enclosed running shoes.
Water and towel
Bring a large water bottle, such as 1.5 litres, and a large towel.
Arrive early
Turn up 15 minutes early to allow for stretching and wrapping hands.
Gear supplied
Hand wraps are supplied for your first session and boxing gloves are supplied for training.
