What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. Water damage restoration is the exception — those calls are answered 24/7. If we can't answer, leave a message and we'll call back as soon as possible.
What equipment does Hydro X use?

Do pest treatments come with a warranty?
Yes. If the pests come back, so does Hydro X — at no charge. Every pest treatment is covered.

How often should I book a pest treatment?
The Tweed and Gold Coast climate is ideal for pests, so Hydro X recommends a treatment every 12 months.
Does Hydro X clean delicate rugs?
Yes — satin, silk, wool and shag pile are all catered for with specialised rug equipment.
Can one visit cover carpets, tiles and furniture?
