The terms and conditions that apply to cleaning services provided by HD Budget Cleaners.
All quotes are provided in writing and are based on the information you supply about the property and job. Final pricing may vary if the size or condition differs from what was described. Prices exclude GST unless stated.
We do not require upfront payment. Invoices are issued after the job is completed, with payment due within 14 days. Our 5% beat-any-written-quote offer applies to genuine, comparable written quotes for the same scope of work.
Our cleaning is backed by a 100% work guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within a reasonable period after the clean and we will return to address any agreed items at no extra cost.
You agree to provide safe access to the property and to advise of any hazards, fragile items or special requirements before we begin. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the cleaning service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
