Booking & scheduling

How do I get a quote from Green Machine Mowing?+
The easiest way is to call us or send a message through the contact page with your address and a quick description of what you'd like done. We'll assess the job and come back with a clear, no-obligation price. There's no charge for a quote and no pressure to book.
Can I book a one-off mow, or do I need a regular service?+
Both are fine. We're happy to do a single tidy-up mow with no commitment. Many customers start with a one-off and then set up a regular fortnightly or monthly visit once they see the result. There are no lock-in contracts either way.
How often will you mow my lawn?+
That's up to you and your lawn. In Brisbane's warmer months most lawns look best on a one to two week cycle, while cooler months often need only a three to four week visit. We'll suggest a schedule that keeps your lawn looking good without over-servicing it.
Do you bring your own equipment?+
Yes. We arrive fully equipped with our own mowers, trimmers and tools. There's nothing you need to supply — we just need access to the areas being worked on.

Pricing & quotes

How does your pricing work?+
Every yard is different, so we price each job on what it actually involves — the size of the lawn, how much edging and garden work is needed, and how often you'd like us to visit. We give you a clear quote up front so you always know what a visit will cost before we start.
Do you charge for a quote?+
No. Quotes are free and there's no obligation to go ahead. We'd rather you have a clear price first so you can decide what works for you.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We'll confirm the payment options available when you book, so it's clear and easy from the first visit. Just ask when we set up your job and we'll walk you through it.
What if I'm not happy with a job?+
Let us know. We've built a long-standing local reputation on doing things properly, so if something isn't right we want to hear about it and put it right. Good, reliable service is what keeps our customers with us for years.

Areas & access

What suburbs do you cover?+
We're based in Ashgrove and cover homes across Brisbane's inner north-west, including The Gap, Bardon, Enoggera, Newmarket, Alderley, Red Hill and Kelvin Grove. If you're nearby and not listed, just ask and we'll let you know if we can reach you.
Do I need to be home when you visit?+
No. As long as we have safe access to the areas being worked on and any gates are unlocked, you don't need to be home. We'll confirm how access works when we set up your first visit.
