For ongoing customers we may also store invoicing and job-history information in our AroFlo job-management system.

We use the information you give us to: respond to enquiries, prepare and send quotes, schedule and complete electrical work at your property, send invoices and receipts, and keep records of work completed for warranty and compliance purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited information with: our licensed electricians and apprentices working on your job, our trade suppliers (when ordering parts specifically for your job), and our accounting and compliance providers. Your information is stored in our AroFlo job-management system (cloud-hosted in Australia) and our email and phone systems. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
