That matters in tiling more than most trades. Every shortcut is permanent — a hairline crack in grout doesn't self-heal, a floor that pools water on day one will still pool water in five years, an awkward cut around a vanity stays awkward forever. The only way to avoid those decisions being made under pressure is for the same person to plan the job, quote the job, and lay the tile.

Bathrooms — full retiles, niche feature walls, walk-in showers, niche-and-floor combinations. Kitchens — splashbacks, floors, butler's pantries. Outdoor — pool surrounds, alfresco areas, patios in slip-rated tile. Commercial — office fitouts, retail tenancies, hospitality joinery. Whatever the substrate, we've probably worked on it.
