Same-day or next-day for most general pest jobs during business hours. Termite inspections and barrier quotes are usually booked within a few days depending on diary. Live termite sightings get prioritised — call the number on the site if you've found active termites.

For routine pest sprays — cockroaches, spiders, silverfish, ants, mosquitoes — the residual chemistry keeps working for weeks after the visit, so you'll see results building over the first few days. For heavier infestations or rodents we may book a follow-up. We don't lock anyone into a contract and don't push subscription plans.

Payment is taken on the day after the work is finished. Card, EFTPOS and bank transfer accepted. Tax invoice is issued for every job — useful for end-of-lease bond evidence and rental property tax records.
