Vacating tenants on the Brisbane Northside use us to tick the pest spray clause on the lease agreement — booked around the removalist, paperwork issued on the day, agent accepts it for the bond.
The end-of-lease pest spray is the last thing booked in the moving-out checklist — it goes in after the removalist has cleared the property and after the bond clean is done. The spray treats the internal floor area and external perimeter for general pests; if pets have been on the property a flea treatment is bundled in (most lease agreements require it).
On the day, you get a real-estate-compliant written tax invoice with our licence numbers, ABN, the property address, the date and time of treatment, and the chemicals applied. Every Brisbane Northside real-estate agent we work with accepts this paperwork as bond-clearance evidence.
We book the spray on the day the removalist finishes, or the morning after if the timing is tight. Most end-of-lease bookings are done in a single 60–90 minute visit. The property needs to be empty of furniture and the floors clean before we start.
Book the spray as soon as you have a moving-out date — at least a week ahead during peak rental turnover months. Once we have the date locked in, the actual confirmation of timing is a quick text the morning of the move.
Tell us about the issue and we'll be in touch — usually within a couple of hours during business hours.
