Is Club Crux for me?

Club Crux is for people who want structured coaching, accountability and a private setting, whether they are new to the gym, returning after a setback or ready to train with more intent.

What is the cost?

Coaching options range from $200 to $600+ per week for private coaching and $170 to $340 per week for semi-private coaching. A consultation gives a personalised quote.

Do you work with injuries?

Yes. Club Crux describes exercise physiology for injury prevention, rehabilitation and chronic illness support, including eligible Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and private health pathways.

Where is the gym?

Club Crux is located at 1 Cordelia Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101.

Can beginners train here?

Yes. Club Crux specifically welcomes people who have never stepped foot in a gym and want guidance in a private coaching environment.

Do you offer nutrition help?
