Common Area Cleaning — your questions answered.

What counts as a common area?
Common areas are the shared spaces in apartment blocks, unit complexes and commercial buildings — lobbies, hallways, stairwells, lifts, car parks and shared entries. We keep these spaces clean and presentable for residents, tenants and visitors.
Do you work with body corporates and building managers?
Yes. We work with body corporates, strata managers and building managers to keep common areas consistently maintained. We'll agree a schedule and scope so everyone knows what's covered.
How is common area cleaning priced?
Common area cleaning is quoted on the size of the building, the areas included and how often cleaning is needed. Most buildings are on a regular schedule, quoted as a set rate per visit.
How often are common areas cleaned?
It depends on foot traffic. Busy residential or commercial buildings often need weekly or more frequent cleaning, while smaller complexes may need fortnightly visits. We'll recommend a schedule that keeps the building looking its best.
Can you clean common areas outside busy times?
Yes. We schedule common area cleaning around quieter periods so residents and visitors aren't disrupted, and so floors and entries are presentable when they're most used.
Do you handle one-off common area cleans?
Yes. As well as regular schedules, we do one-off common area cleans — for example after building works, before an inspection, or ahead of a sale or open day.
