Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Saturday cleans available by appointment. Bookings outside standard hours — such as overnight commercial cleans — can often be arranged.

Exit bond cleaning is quoted per property, not by a fixed hourly rate. We base the quote on the size of the home, the number of bathrooms, and whether extras like carpet steam cleaning or external windows are included. You get a clear written quote before we start, with no surprises on the day.

We clean to the standard your property manager and tenancy agreement require. If the agent flags an issue with our cleaning at the inspection, we'll return and re-clean those areas so the property meets the expected standard.

A standard exit clean covers the full interior — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, skirting, fixtures, internal windows and floors. Carpet steam cleaning, external windows, garages and outdoor areas can be added so the whole property is covered in one booking.

As early as you can once you have your move-out date. Booking ahead means we can schedule the clean between your move-out and the final inspection. We'll always do our best to fit in shorter-notice jobs when our schedule allows.

No. Many tenants have already moved out by the time we clean. As long as we can access the property and the power and water are still connected, we can complete the clean and let you know when it's done.

Yes. We do weekly and fortnightly regular cleans as well as one-off spring cleans. Regular bookings keep your home consistently fresh, while a one-off clean is ideal before an event or after a busy stretch.
