How do you price gardening?
We work to written quotes based on the property and the brief — no hidden surprises. For lawn cycles, the quote sets a fixed visit price; one-off jobs (cleanups, soft landscaping, garden upgrades) get itemised. Quotes are free, and the price you accept is the price you pay. We accept bank transfer and most card payments via invoice.
What's the turnaround on gardening?
Most gardening jobs in inner-east Brisbane can be on the schedule within seven days. Regular cycles slot into the existing run on the same day each fortnight or each week; one-off jobs are scheduled separately. We'll let you know an arrival window the day before each visit so you're not waiting around.
What does a gardening visit actually include?
Each visit is scoped from your written quote so you know exactly what's covered. For ongoing gardening, the quote spells out what we do every visit (and what we don't — for clarity). One-off jobs are itemised. We don't add extras silently — anything outside the original brief gets quoted before we touch it.
Are you insured to do gardening?
Yes — Public Liability insurance covers our work across residential, body corporate, commercial, industrial, and real-estate-managed properties. Certificate of currency is available on request, which is handy for body corporate committees, commercial property managers, and any site that needs documentation before the first visit.
Do you do gardening for body corporate or commercial properties?
Yes. Gardening for body corporate complexes, industrial and commercial sites, and real-estate-managed rentals is part of what Circle does daily — it's a meaningful share of our regular work. We'll work with the strata manager, building manager, or property manager directly so the residents or tenants don't get caught in the middle.
How big or small can the gardening job be?
From small inner-Brisbane backyards through to acreage and full body corporate complexes — the gardening approach scales but the standard doesn't change. The team has commercial-grade equipment for the bigger sites and the right machines for the tighter ones, so we don't compromise the finish on either end of that range.
What if the weather doesn't cooperate?
Brisbane summers can mean a wet week. If a visit can't go ahead safely on the booked day, we let you know first thing that morning and roll the visit forward to the next available slot. Regular cycles don't get charged for missed visits — and we don't try to claw the time back by rushing the next one.
