Yes. We're based in Brisbane's eastern suburbs and most jobs are in Camp Hill, Carindale, Coorparoo, Bulimba, Hawthorne, Morningside, Cannon Hill, Holland Park, and Norman Park. Properties further out across greater Brisbane are welcome too — the only difference is travel scheduling on the way through. We work to written quotes based on the property and the brief — no hidden surprises. For lawn cycles, the quote sets a fixed visit price; one-off jobs (cleanups, soft landscaping, garden upgrades) get itemised. Quotes are free, and the price you accept is the price you pay. We accept bank transfer and most card payments via invoice.
Yes. Circle Maintenance carries Public Liability insurance covering work on residential, body corporate, commercial, industrial, and real-estate-managed properties. A certificate of currency is available on request — handy for body corporate committees, property managers, and commercial sites that need it on file before the first visit. We also carry the right WHS cover for the team.
Most weeks we can fit a new property in within seven days for inner-east Brisbane jobs. Regular weekly or fortnightly cycles slot into the existing run; one-off jobs (full cleanups, soft landscaping, garden designs) are scheduled separately and quoted up front so there are no surprises. Urgent — pre-inspection, pre-auction, body-corporate AGM week — let us know and we'll see what we can rearrange.
We come back. The team is owner-led and the goal is a property that reads cared-for at the gate every visit, so if a finish isn't right, we want to know. Get in touch within a couple of days of the visit and we'll come back and put it right.
